Refund policy

At Thou, we're here to ensure your experience with our products is as delightful as possible. However, we understand that sometimes things may not go as planned. Rest assured, we have a hassle-free refund policy in place if you're not completely satisfied.

We gladly accept returns for products that have physical defects or damage incurred during transit from our lab to your doorstep. Simply reach out to us via email with a photo of the incorrect or damaged product within the specified timeframe for us to process your request.

If you find yourself dissatisfied with your order, don't hesitate to drop us an email within 48 hours of receiving the products at our customer care helpline care@thoubeauty.com, providing your concerns and personal information, including your address.

Please keep in mind that we cannot accept returns for products with broken seals or those that have been used. We take the process of returns seriously, and if your order is deemed ineligible, we'll promptly send it back to you. Kindly note that shipping costs for returning the item will be borne by the customer.

Additionally, for online payments, expect a refund to be processed within 10-15 business days from the time of your request. If you've opted for COD, we'll issue the refund as store credit, which you can use for future purchases. Expect the credit to be available within 14 business days after your request.
